Our Story
Bickmore Properties was founded by Bryan Bickmore, a successful entrepreneur in the automotive industry. After years of owning and operating car dealerships, Bryan sought to diversify his business ventures. In 1985, he purchased his first mobile home park in Gresham—Gresham MHP—which remains a proud part of the Bickmore portfolio today.
As Bryan found increasing success in real estate, he gradually transitioned out of the car business to focus exclusively on multifamily residential and mini storage properties.
In 2003 , Bryan’s daughter, Becki, joined the company. While she may not have realized it at the time, Bryan always knew Becki was the ideal partner to carry forward his vision. Under their leadership, Bickmore Properties has continued to grow and evolve, remaining committed to providing affordable housing and creating welcoming, supportive communities for residents.
Becki carries on her father’s forward-thinking mindset by fostering an inclusive, opportunity-rich workplace—for all employees, including her own daughters and nephews.
Today, our dedicated team is proud to uphold the Bickmore Properties legacy that began with a single mobile home park in 1985.
